SERVING NORTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE AND VERMONT
Northern Vista Home Inspection has become one of the most respected home inspection businesses in Northern New Hampshire and Vermont. As the owner and sole inspector, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Michael Talotta and I established Northern Vista Home Inspection in January of 2008 and have been performing inspections full time ever since. I am a certified member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, (InterNACHI) as well being a certified inspector for the State of New Hampshire. Growing up in the White Mountains has enabled me to become quite familiar with the home construction styles of Northern New England. I understand how New England's adverse weather conditions can affect homes in our region. My goal is not only to provide my clients with a thorough inspection, but to also provide them with a basic understanding of the home in its current condition.
The average Home inspection can take anywhere from 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Northern Vista Home Inspection is fully insured and I am in business to provide the most comprehensive inspection for my clients. I will not surprise you with extra charges for entering accessible crawlspaces or attics. You will receive a bound report on site at the end of the inspection or you may choose to have a computer generated report with pictures. I find that most of my clients prefer the on site reports as it eliminates any further delay in the home buying process. The computerized reports are more detailed and can be obtained via the Internet following the inspection. I treat every inspection as if I were purchasing the house for myself and perhaps that is why most of Northern Vista Home Inspections business is derived by word of mouth. Please click on the testimonial link to read comments from some of my clients.
I have been a member of InterNACHI since the start of my business. The home industry is constantly changing and continued education is of the utmost importance. I abide by the InterNACHI code of ethics and Standards of Practice. Click on the following links to obtain copies of the InterNACHI Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
